Damaged Product

We will issue STORE CREDIT for products damaged during shipping provided the following steps are followed:

1. Please contact us immediately upon delivery (exchange requests must be made within 36 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays) with your order number and photos of the damaged product. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE PRODUCT BEFORE CONTACTING US. We cannot issue credit without proof of damage.

2. If requested, you must return the damaged product. We will cover the return shipping costs.
